New Fly Dual-SIM Phone Offers 30-days Standby Time

Fly DS160 is the latest offering from Fly Mobile. It is a dual-SIM (GSM + CDMA) phone that comes with 30 days of standby time on a single charge. Fly DS160 packs 1800 mAh battery which will also offer up to 16 hours of extended talk time, said the company.


It has a VGA camera with 640 x 480 pixels resolution, a video player (3GP/AVI format), a video recorder (AVI format), a music player, 3.5 mm universal audio jack, a 20mm speaker, the 20-channel FM radio, FM recording and FM alarm. The phone also features Bluetooth v1.2 wireless connectivity option and has an expandable memory up to 8GB. The phonebook can take up to 1,000 entries with photo call ID.

Prem Kumar, chief executive officer, Fly Mobile, said, “It is an ideal phone not just for routine city use wherein the talk time is usually high, but also for highway journeys or upcountry markets where power outages are frequent posing a challenge when it comes to battery recharge. For those who conduct business on phone, DS160 makes sure that they stay connected. Even college goers who generally talk for long with their friends would not need to plug-in the charger time and again.”

The phone also offers mobile tracker, built-in dual LED torch, GPRS, MMS, Indian calendar, call reject SMS, call background sound, call blacklisting, call recording, sound recording, SMS hiding, 4.5-cm (1.8”) QQVGA TFT screen with 65K colour display etc.

Fly DS160 is now available at Rs 3,299.
